nice hack, but looking for something different - Read Rules before posting new thread

Options:
1. Configure rules for each cattegory (like announcements)
2. Configure how many times need to read rules (1-100-.....)
3. Configure usergroups who allowd post without read rules

Its a Template, and can be found under your Templates section in your admin cp.
