What is this?
This is the vB 3.5.x version of the famous * Arnoud BBCode hack.

What does it do?
It allows your user to use the * Arnoud code in their posts, which works like this:
When a user posts:

Quote:

* Arnoud is 1337

it'll show as:

Quote:

* Arnoud is 1337 *

How to install?
Simply unzip the .zip and install the plugin

been lokin for it a long time :D

but how can i get it to appear like this:

*gastone_2005 is bla bla bla..

I mean I only want one * at the left of username and only the username colored not the whole text..

thx for any answers

here is another way to use this hack... change the "username" variables to "userid" then replace "/ me" to "/refer". Change a few other variables, and insert your forum URL before the $meUsername

this will make it so every time somebody uses "/refer" it will display thier referral URL.

Or you can just use this code:

just open the xml with word pad and remove the extra *
