This was just an idea I came up with going to other sites and within there forums they have cool stuff Ive been searching and looking for and never found nothing, so that told me they must have did it their own sort of way and not Im going to do this(WE), are going to do this our own little way which will act the same way as theirs do.

This BB code is just like the rest of the bb buttons while making a post or reply or sending private messages to others, you can add a link back to the source, site, file, images or whatever you want. Prime example, say you run a news site and most of your sources are from other sites or you have small snippets from a tutorial from another site but yet you dont want to copy the whole thing which is also a copyrighted thing, so. Here is a way to help.

Head to your admincp and goto Custom BB Codes
Add the following below:

Tag: LBURL
Replacement: <br><br><br>
<img src="images/misc/createlink.gif" alt="." /> Source: <a href="{option}"><b><i>{param}</i></b></a>
Example: [LBURL]www.novamods.com/whatever.php?pg1[/LBURL]
Description: This BB Code was made to show link backs from articles or snippets or whatever
you gather your source from.
Use {option}: YES
Button Image (Optional): images/editor/lb_bb.gif

- *Next, be sure to upload the attached images to your images folder, otherwise, you wont be able to see the bb button images.
Press save and go try to make a post and see if the button shows up, next try and find some news source or something and press the LB Button, add a link to the news source you copied or whatever from. Enjoy!
If you want to see an example, you must register and click on Post like your making a post, then look in the BB areas.Enjoy!
