Latest X Threads on Forumhome: Advanced! v1.1.1

This an advanced version of Niels' hack. All credit for the idea and template code goes to him! All I've done is make it admincp configurable, phrased (1 phrase :p) and show the forums of the threads without an additional query per thread displayed.

Having said that, here's a howto on installing:

1. Unzip the .zip.
2. Import the Product in your Admincp.
3. Go into Style Manager, Edit Templates and edit the template FORUMHOME.
4. Add "$latest_x_threads" (without quotes) somewhere in the template. I decided to add it bellow "$navbar", but its your choice ;).
5. Save the template. You're done!

Important: v1.1.1 released.
To upgrade, please download the latest .zip (1.1.1), and run it in your admincp.

Changelog:
v1.1.1: Permission check typo fixed.
v1.1.0: Permission checks added.
v1.0.0: Initial release.

Ok,finally got back home (and the wife's ok to) from the hospital.
I've had a look at the hack and it's very nice, especially now with the forum column added.
I was wondering ?
This hack displays only the latest "New" posts. What about if I would like it to show reply's as well ? (like the Top 'X' Stats by InfiniteWebby)
Once the new posts have trickled down to no 5, they will never show up again when replied to....
I guess this is because your php code is only pulling data from the thread table.
Would it be possible for you to change it so reply's shows up as "New post"
as well ?
PS.
Another great addition (but not extremely important) would be the "Last Post" column.
(same as when you do a search), with it's little blue arrow that goes to the last post and offcourse post icons...

I hope i'm not pushing it, just wanna improve this already great hack :classic:

If you'd like to sort by latest replies instead of thread start date, open up the forumhome_start plugin and find:

The "last post column thingy" isn't that extremely important, but offcourse, it would also be a nice addition :classic:
