i have e no error but this hack/addon don´t work
i tryd in 2 versions 3.5.x / 3.6.2

you don't see the announce ?
i thought you only asked about the error while inside the dcc chat with the bot.
if this is the case, then check your irc chan name under the admincp, as from what you wrote it seems the bot recieve the telnet connection with the new thread announce information, so if that still not echoed to chan, could be chan name is wrong, or the bot isn't into the requested chan.

let me know if that works, if not when i'm back to my parents home omorrow evening i'll take a closer look @ this.

what change's do you have in your tcl? only listen port in the begging?

i have exact tcl as in this package.
it's basically a listen + code to echo it into chan (this part):
if you see announce inside the dcc chat, it's logical to assume port is on listen already & since it gets the information correctly as well, then the admincp is configured to correct port as well.
however, if that's not announced into chan then the only thing i can think of is to assume is the tcl file copy you have somehow got damaged or you added something to cause some script error prior to the line stated above.
i would recommended 2 things to debug that one:
1. re-download the tcl inside the hack from from here & re-upload it (delete current copy @ your shell prior to it, or just rename it to .bak)
once you have a fresh copy up, inside dcc chat, rehash by typing .rehash
make sure you see this on the log:
when you see this, try to do it again.
2. maybe something wrong with your eggdrop files (rare, but i guess it's possible). to eliminate this as a possible cause, just upload announcer to another shell & try it there.

if both fail, only thing that i can think of is wrong chan name - maybe some typo you might have missed, maybe you have some "special char" that requires "escaping" & the original script doesn't handle this correctly...

anyway this is about the idea i can think of that might cause this one to not work.
