vB 3.6.0 Compatible!
Plugin
Well kind of explains it's self, It adds a table to the forumhome which you can toggle on and off via the vB Options. It has text (title & content) which you can change via the vB Options, it also supports a variety of places to put it. Now supports: HTML, BBcode, Smilies, linespaces without using <br />. Done by request enjoy

A feedback:
can you lager the content box by moving it to the place under "Conents of the announcement. Please use HTML Markup not BBcode or Smilies."

BTW, why don't move the note "Please use HTLM"
