vB 3.6.0 Compatible!
Plugin
I needed to add a custom phrase type while working on vBWeather and realized that this is not an admincp option. I couldn't find a hack anywhere to do this so I threw one together.

Just upload the files and import the product xml. It will only work with debug mode on. The zip contains installs for both vb 3.6x and 3.5x

This is really only useful for those developing products for vBulletin.
