vbullletin options > Database Backup Settings (http://forums.yoursite.com/admincp/o...backupsettings)
and change Saved File Name from date('m-j-Y \a\t g:ia') to forum_backup_date('m-j-Y \a\t g:ia')

is what i would have tried but that didn't work becuase livewire coded it "differently" to what i would expect.

I asked this on the vb.org thread, but it seems to be gone now...

I had a screen shot there too, but i've since deleted it.

Basically,
6-18 was about 320mb
6-19 was about 324mb
6-20 was about 480mb
6-21 was about 481mb
6-22 was about 483mb

(of course, this is run at about 2am, so 6-22 is actually 6-21's data)

i'm curious as to what happened? i store attachments on the file system, so it's not huge uploads... just normal posts/threads/member info.

any ideas?

I installed this awhile ago and with the help of livewire, was able to get it working correctly. I tried to create a backup by going into the ACP and clicking "Database back up". Now when I try and create a back up after "select all" to back it all up, it only show these backing up.

Processing: access

Processing: adminhelp

Processing: administrator

Processing: adminlog

Processing: adminutil

Processing: adv_modules

Processing: adv_pages

Processing: adv_setting

Processing: adv_settinggroup

Processing: announcement

Processing: arcade_categories

Processing: arcade_challenges

Processing: arcade_favorites

Processing: arcade_games

Processing: arcade_news

Processing: arcade_ratings

after it does those, it stops. just sits there. The file thats created on the server has the back up name BUT is a empty SQL file, 0 Bytes. anyone know what the prob is?

Question

What are we doing wrong. Whenever we try to make a task it says "Please Complete All Required Fields" but we've entered everything the instructions say to. Does this need a varname? :ermm:
