This hack allow staff to display information per forum in forumdisplay page.

This hack:
Support BBcode
Support QuickEdit
Support AJAX Edition
Support Full 3.5 editor
Only Staff can add/edit the forum info

ok ok i will write this for 3.0.9 but mmmmmm without quick editor and without AJAX. (well maybe y can port this for 3.0.9, i will tray to include AJAX)
