Hey there,

First release here, I'm sure most might know me from over at vB.org, in anycase they broke my vBShout, so here's a fixed version, with a few extra bits:

- Flatfile System (Seriously cuts any intensity this once created before)
- Bug Fix: ' used to break edit shout
- Bug Fix: Users couldn't edit/delete their shouts
- Bug Fix: Parsing problem (that vb.org created..)
- Feature Disabled: Timestamps, this is unfortunatly due to using a flat file system.

Enjoy everyone, if you have the previous vBShout installed, I suggest uninstallation the previous vBShout product then installating this one fresh (saves you havning to revert templates).

Also, this will work for any vB 3.5 installation

That's normally a client side issue not a server side issue. AKA. It's a problem with your pc rather than the mod.

Makes sure you followed instructions, make sure sb folder is chmod correctly, and that you have filled in all the options in vbulletin options for vbshout, including usergroup permissions. Always check how a mod looks using internet explorer and firefox. This way any browser issues can be checked.

Some members have complained this doesnt work in 3.6.4.

This does work in 3.6.4 i have it running on my site.
If it isnt working for you then recheck you have followed instructions.

Out of curiosity... is there a Shoutbox 2.2 coming out anytime soon?

Because, I have it installed, working and all, but it still has some obvious glitches, and messes up often whenever there are 4+ people active in it. Also, the issue of any member being able to edit/delete shouts should be dealt with in the main installation itself, not needing additional code edits.
