Hey there,

First release here, I'm sure most might know me from over at vB.org, in anycase they broke my vBShout, so here's a fixed version, with a few extra bits:

- Flatfile System (Seriously cuts any intensity this once created before)
- Bug Fix: ' used to break edit shout
- Bug Fix: Users couldn't edit/delete their shouts
- Bug Fix: Parsing problem (that vb.org created..)
- Feature Disabled: Timestamps, this is unfortunatly due to using a flat file system.

Enjoy everyone, if you have the previous vBShout installed, I suggest uninstallation the previous vBShout product then installating this one fresh (saves you havning to revert templates).

Also, this will work for any vB 3.5 installation

whats the delete msg command for this ?
prune command delete's all msg's but i want to delete 1 msg..

Well the box is nowhere on my forum, do I have to say something magic to make it appear or what is the special trick here?

As there is no code that I could add into the forumhome template...

it uses a string replace so you don't need to edit templates unless it doesn't work....

Its obvious that is it not working, maybe some of you sophisticated guys could help me and give me a small hint what to do - other than just "reverting" my template which is not gonna work either because the shoutbox is not even showin up at the not altered standard style.

Hi , thx to everyone for this. It is mostly working fine here except for the date. Month is wrong for me. I get
11/11/2006
instead of 11/12/2006

I used this timestamp fix:
