Hey there,

First release here, I'm sure most might know me from over at vB.org, in anycase they broke my vBShout, so here's a fixed version, with a few extra bits:

- Flatfile System (Seriously cuts any intensity this once created before)
- Bug Fix: ' used to break edit shout
- Bug Fix: Users couldn't edit/delete their shouts
- Bug Fix: Parsing problem (that vb.org created..)
- Feature Disabled: Timestamps, this is unfortunatly due to using a flat file system.

Enjoy everyone, if you have the previous vBShout installed, I suggest uninstallation the previous vBShout product then installating this one fresh (saves you havning to revert templates).

Also, this will work for any vB 3.5 installation

Possibly a javascript error, this is while logged in or out, and you have uploaded all files and made the relavant CHMOD permissions, and most importantly, your browser supports javascript?

running on localhost.. so i dunno how to to the chmod on localhost and yes all files are upload.

you have to chmod sb to 777 otherwise it won't write properly....

Yes, i kindly wish to handle variable replacements and not i had the "??" in the archive link. The link at qzrevolution had the "??" into it (at the top of the shoutbox) ;)

Hi

Thx a lot Zero Tolerance. What do you think about a way to save the total shouts etc. to an extra column to prevent a clearing the posted shouts statistic during a prune command?

For example:
Total Shouts: 20/99 <- total shouts since Shoutbox install
Today Shouts: 1
Your Shouts 7/44 <- total shouts since Shoutbox install

The same with the Top 10 Shouters
Stoebi: 7/44
Frank: 11/17
etc.
