How to make the bot announce to different channels please ?

Not sure, but you could try by just adding a comma in between the channel names. So e.g. #channel1,#channel2. But as said before, not sure if this works.

I don't think that would work. Hardcoded it would be easy just by replacing the irc_send function multiple time's and adding the channels hardcoded.
