i like to have the usernames in the forumhome in color like in the online section

Can not find any hack on vbulletin.org so i hope someone here can help me

i don't know if it's hack, but i want it, i saw it in the contro panel, but i don't know how to use it, can someone tell me?

please look at the attachments:

this forum in the screenshots is a hebrew forum, cause i'm from israel..

but try to understand, the second attachment show in wich color the administartors is, and the members..and so..

the first picture show the full color system, how everybody have another color, the administrators have a red color..

the secound picture show the line where the colol rules..

and if you'll look very good, you'll see the star symbol that the administrator have..

the 3rd attachment is english version, and you'll se what i'm talking about..

and the last attachment its english version too, like the 3rd attachment..

if anyone ask why i show 2 same version, it's because i just want to show i much i want to know how to do the colors..

i'm made it to the Title user name and it's work fine, but i don't want the title user name, i want the user name have a color, and i want to see the colors in the online members box..in the forumhome..

and one more time..sorry for my bad english..

and i want to ask one more question in the same thread (no spam!!)

ok, the question is how can i add the arcade mod to the navbar, the navbar is the main manu, i'm mean this one


you can see that the administrator of the forum have been add the "vbchat" to the navbar (main manu) how can i do it, to add someting to the navbar..

well.. There is no hack for that because it's a standard option in vbulletin 3...
Lett me give you some help...
1. Go to your admincp
2. Go to Usergroups
3. press "manage usergroup"
4. press edit usergroup (take whatever usergroup you want, in this example i take administrator)
5. search for Username HTML Markup, you got 2 collums you can fill in
6. First colum -> (you can change the color in whatever you like)
7. Second colum So that's job number one... youre users are showen with color...
now you need an explanation of colors in youre forumhome template...

1. go to styles & templates
2. press stylemanager
3. choose edit templates
4. go to FORUMHOME template
5. in template search for: <div>$activeusers</div>
6. above add:
You can change that in whatever you like ofcourse

the problem is it only add the definitions of the colors but the nicknames are still the same :=/

you can change every usergroup you like, so when you add a color to the membergroup all those members of that group will be showen in that color

It works for me so...
