i am a registered user in a forum, and i try to private message a user but i can't because the admin/mods dont let us send private message or email notifcation and i try to post on the board but the post are ignored because i wrote his nick name.....
and i contact the admin also no response
he is an old friend and really i want to know his email address so who can help me

I think you're asking something weird...it's an old friend, but you cannot contact him because he put you on ignore....is that correct? I'm not sure if I understand what you say...and, I guess I'm not the only one

no nooooo i am not ignored, he dont know me,
we know each other from irc, but he stopped for long time,
anyway i dont want to learn how to get his email address,
maybe you think i want to spam mailing list or attack someone but i swear only i want to talk with him

would suggest you to ask around the irc, maybe he just changed nick but still online somewhere.
usually one's habits are not changed so easy, so if he used to be in irc, most chances he still there, somewhere at least. ;)
also, consider indeed he might not want u to contact him (as harsh as it may sound).
as i'm sure someone from that forum admins already pm'ed him about it, as usually it's makes no sense for admins & mods not to mention this to him, as most admins do want to help.
last thing u can do to to eliminate the above speculation, is just to post message on the forum, asking him to contact you, and leave your email there. i'm sure he will see it, and if he is indeed your friend he will contact you back.

dont think you can post message on the forum are you can see it directly it take about 24 h, and the admin mods ignored every posts contain email addddress or that you want to talk with someone
