Modifications.

1) Have a different domain or subdomain for each childforum (no redirect, no iframe)
2) Each childadmin of a childforum, must be showed as a normal user to other childforum that he don't admin.
3) A childadmin can manage titles, rank and reputation of users only for his childforum.
4) A childadmin can manage the background, header and style of his childforum.
5) Since that i modified the code as soon as the childadmin has the same panel of general admin, you may modify some things that i say you, so that the childadmin don't has the same options of general admin.

For now, that's fine. Probably will be other modifications.

I think it's against TOS, and wont happen..

if you search vb.org you'll see an old thread about a hack like this but I believe it was removed.

The only suggestion I have is use the phpbb2 version here
