Hacks that allowed to be posted here, is hacks that were written by the user itself, not by some someone else.
Welcome panel hack, just take the status of the board, and put it above Navbar, so it aint that hard to create it yourself.
create a table above Navbar, in Navbar template, and add some information that you want to that point.

You are free to modify my hack (based on welcome panel hack) to fit your needs, as Fury said it aint that hard to make ;)
