I am looking for someone to code a hack with the following requirements:

-It only needs to support on-the-fly watermarking (no need for permanent).

-It needs to be as efficient as possible to cut down load on busy sites.

-It needs to support GD2 and ImageMagick. (as defined in vBulletin's configuration options)

-It should let me specify a minimum image resolution (so small images won't be overtaken by the watermark)

-You would be free to release this as your own hack to the vBulletin community, sell it, whatever you like. (ie, I retain no rights over it. I just NEED it written. )

There is a 250 dollar payment for anyone that completes this
