Requesting Vouch Form for vBulletin Version 3.5.4

i'll speak with Mad_Max soon enough about porting & integrating his vouch system & my admin interface that was made for his 3.0.x code & make out of it some vouch pack for the 3.5.x system.
though i guess you'll have to wait something like 2 months for it, as atm i'm busy with studies @ university.

it requires to re-write hack to fit the hook system. if you want to code one for yourself you may do so, but i do not wish for you to continue my work, as i will do it myself.
like i said i would rather find time to release something combined & co-op with Mad_Max and make some some "pack" rather than having 2 separate hacks for support on same issue, and to have a better integration & avoid un-needed bugs.
