Yes, it has been release at vBulletin.org. You'll need to enter your vBulletin license info in order to download it.

The thing is, as I said in the introdution thread, I don't own the forum I wanna study it. Can any1 upload it pls?

Well, I'm afraid we cannot provide support to members who don't own a vBulletin license, and we certainly cannot release hacks from vb.org here unless the author agrees to share it here.

contact the owner of the board you will be working on, to add your e-mail adress too (he'll know where) so that you can visit the full vborg site

it can be done, but only licensed customers will now where & they can at most link 3 e-mail address' to every license
