Default vBPad

I'd appreciate it if someone would please create a vBPad hack. This was done for vB2. Users are able to post items in as many notes as needed in their User CP which allows all vBcode. They can view/edit notes that have already been made, as well as delete old notes.

Can anyone make something like this?

Notes aren't the same. Notes are for keeping tabs on users, and are for administrators only. Besides, they aren't very accessible if they were open to everyone.
