Can anyone mod the user notes system so that :

1: User can NOT post consecutively on one profile.
I mean if Mike post on Jacki user note, then he can't post again until at least one other person has posted there,

2: User can NOT post more than once within 1 hour / Flood check ( need this because some users uses the note system like a pager, leaving comments and replying to comments immediately bad )

3: Character limits in usernotes, limit poster to 500 characters. ( some members leaves a story in others user notes page, I would like to limit message to maybe maximum 500 characters per comment )

optional: How can one make the usernote appear on the profile at the bottom ? thanks in advance ........

the mod would automatically REMOVE EXTRA line breaks ( MORE THAN 2 )

Line 7: that

that allows at least a blank line ;)

Ah, you mean the comments underneath the whole thing? The What are people saying about Username?

That looks like a completely custom mod to me, or a heavily modified version of the usernote system. Are you sure thats not completely custom coded, rather than partly usernote?

Maybe you're asking him the wrong questions. What did you ask?
