i need ucash for my forum and i can't download it from vb.org because it says some sort of error can someone give me it plz?

What did i do wrong?
Ucash is a hack availible @ vbulletin.org you can download it there not here. If you don't have a licence and you can't download the hack @ vbulletin.org, then it's your problem.
