Turn off forum for usergroup X on Y day

Hi. Firstly sorry, I know I'm not ment to request twice at a time but I'm going to forget. This idea has popped into my brain a few times and then I've forgotten again.

What will this mod do?
Turn off forums for a particular usergroup on a select day..

Example - guests every sunday.
It should also feature a custom turnoff message.

If someone has the time to produce this, please do.

O.o, why would you want to do that?

Two reasons for this.
i) It would be another incentive for Guest to Register.
ii) Forum staff are usually off on sunday or over the weekened. This leaves the forum vulnrable to spammers & users with bad intentions.

This seems like a simple mod, I don't understand the value, but I will release it in about a hour or two. I will put it in usergroup permissions panel! I think I will need add 1 script (admin and forum related functions), alter the admin cp 'usergroup.php', alter the forum './globals.php' to add the system wide access check and add 2 columns to the 'usergroup' table to hold the (on/off) switch and the (bit) access field! Oh, ya, then also add 10 phrases (admin cp help/stop message)
