The start thread always stays in the fist hack

Sometime a few forums need to have the start thread stay in the first post, so I really need this hack, I think it is the same exact hack using in here, I wonder someone has it or could the admin so kind to send it to me please? Thank you very much in advance..

You Mean the Install System were File Changes and so on are displayed?

LiveWire himself coded this hack, and it is not avialable public. As far as i know he doesn't give it out either - The Hack may not be redistributed
