split pages for user waiting for activation / banned users

Version: 3.6.x

Hack Category: Administrative and Maintenance Tools

im looking for plugin / code that helps to view split pages for member list

and for banned users too

....... /admincp/user.php?do=moderate

....... /modcp/banning.php?do=modify

i have more than 4000 banned users
and 8000 waiting for activation and i dont want to activate them all :ninja:

so if any one know a similar plugin or code .. help me please ..
