I need for a hack that allow me, admin, to set a limit in weight and in height for signatures.

I don't need this hack: Extrended Signature Limits

I need for a hack that allow me to set height and weight. For example, if I set :

height -> 10
wheight -> 10

And when a user import a image with height 20, we can see only the first part of his signature! Second part is "cutted".
