Default Showing daily board statistics in IRC using eggdrop
I have the following request for my board:

Showing daily board statistics in IRC using eggdrop:

My forum has some different sections. eg images upload, tutorials, etc, etc,
It would be nice that every day at a set time admincp a message is spawn in IRC containing board statistic information.

Example

## A new day has come ##
Yesterday there were 84 new posts, 53 new images uploaded and 4 new tutorials submitted. The best poster was LiveWire with 40 posts.
