[Request] Signature Block [admin can block members Signature]

i saw a forum that have this hack..

i like it! and i'll be very happy if anyone will build or give me something like this..

i have 6,000 users in my forum, and they have BIG Signature! and i wanna have option to Block every Signature i want.
