request shout box for portal

i havent seen anyone post a mod for shoutbox on this forum
i want one for the portal
and don't tell me to go to vb.org cos their instructions suck

The hack exists regardless of how the instructions may or may not suck i doubt very much you will find a coder willing to code something that already exists call it oh I dont know a waste of time perhaps.

The shoutbox hack that is on vb.org worx fine
