Default Request: links that are within the forum will open in the same window

I had posted this on VB.org and VB.com a few times with No answers.. Just replies from other users stating that they would like it too..

I am wondering if someone could make a hack that allowed any links that are pointing to my forum will open in the same window, and any links pointing to any other domain to open in a new window..

Please let me know if you need further details..
VB3.0.1

Thanks
Dave

well i dont know how to hack but, i figure who ever does that hack would just have to clarify on the hack if the target is either going to be parent or blank... the hack would obviosly choose whether its a home link or a external link, just clearing that up

Yea exactly.. I am not famliar with PHP, but if someone could maybe figure out a conditional something like

< if link=www.denzoforums.com/*. then "target =_self">
else
"target=_new"

</if>

probably not that simple.. but that's what i think i am looking for.. I guess :-)
