I Requesting for Templates some one made for me by the way this is my site but b/c by th mistake my server lost my all data

Well first of all at the bar minimum you would need the skin name which would help us help you find it.

I'm guessing it was a custom skin he had done and no longer has it/lost the skin.

If that's the case, you may want to post this in the paid requests.
