[REQ]Show All Stickies of a Forum on the Start Page

I would need a hack which shows the stickies of a certain forum on the startpage or at least at the mother category of this forum. I have a forum with categories for every language and I want to use such a hack as a news pinboard so that when you enter for example the english category that you see before the forum listing the titles of the sticky threads of the certain news forum.

Can anybody make such a hack?
