Post [REQ] Send PM to Promoted User
Version: 3.6.x
Hack Category: Administrative and Maintenance Tools
It's a simple hack who know vB
When we use promotion system, users do not know that have been moved to another group. And sometimes new group have new futures.
Thats why, some of us who use vB promotion function, we need send PM or mail about: why promotion is happend and what user get after promotion.

I.e. for all promotions need to add PM or letter.

Well I have pm code but it doesn't actually seem to count it in unread pm's. So it sits there in your inbox unread forever xD

sory? U mean that you did hack but when read PM about promotion it not marked as read?

No I mean it will send you a pm and then the pm title will be bold but it won't say: Private Messages: Unread 1, Total 76. It just says: Private Messages: Unread 0, Total 76.

I've always thought this should be a standard vBulletin option.
