[req] Disable Thread Notification Email Options

Hi,

I was wondering how to disable 3 out the 5 Thread Subscription "Notification Type" and rename one. (Found on Additional Options when creating a New Thread or replying to a post)

Basically I would like the Notification Types of:

Instance Email Notification, Daily Email Notification, and Weekly Email Notification to be disabled (Not show up on the drop-down box). I also want to rename No Email Notification to Subscribe.

Nevermind, found way to disable it by editing 3 templates.
