[req]Credits hack

I am looking for a hack that will give users credit points on each upload but also ban users from downloading attached files if they dont have enough credits.. i've seen this on another vb hack site... any ideas on where i can get a hack like this ?

then you should use the one by stitch he have posted it here http://club2share.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27355 it is better then the other one is Released in vb.org .. it have more options like per user group Download per Day and so on
