I do, unreleased for the latest version, but I think from memory someone released a version at vB.org which is based on mine.

That's a great system but it's not on forum home. Hasann's is nice but without admin or mod moderation the form could be used to spam or send offending e-mail to people. The form needs to be preset only by the admin like Psionic Vision's. It should be easy to modify Psionic Vision's with a link on forum home. When they click the link it would send them to the user control panel and then they could use Psionic Vision's normally. Obviously guests wouldn't be allowed to use this.

IPB *cough* has a nice hack like this. It's located in the What's Going On section and simply has a field for the 'send to' addy. The senders addy/ username is automatically added. There is also a send button. Looks very easy but attracts a lot of people to use it, which of course is a good thing
