All new members to our forum must first respond to the activation Email, then be approved by an administrator prior to registration.

However, as soon as the application for is completed an applicants name appears in the summary box at the bottom of the home page, welcoming them as the latest member. I know that the announcement can be disabled but would it not be altogether better if the announcement appeared at the proper time - when the registration was approved?
