Use the new multi quote system from vB 3.6

It was just introduced and it will be better then an Iframe I think.

Why should anyone besides an admin need to quote a topic and need the quote to constantly refresh to the newest content of the topic?
It would just lead to mass of dublicate content.

A huge tournament that has several regiments were the officers would need to post links to the different rules, server IPs, IRC info, battle info/results in their private forums (which after 8 weeks ~ a campaign) gets deleted so new officers would have to repost it It's not a huge deal but I think it should help them who need to help new people to get settled into BFE...
