How is this mod called, that show the "Blue Thing" by the Staff? I need it to just like it is on MMORPG and some other sites.

Where it says: is_member_of($post, X,Y,Z), those xyz are the userids. you can just duplicate this mod and use different numbers for the usergroupids.

If you use the is_member_of then it will include the primary and secondary groups.
