Does someone have a hack for me or maby can make one that we can play some mp3 music on forum home?

There are a few similiar ideas at vb.org. Radio can be found here. There was a Jukebox, but the writer never released a version for 3.0.X that I have seen.

Do you just want a simple .mp3 playing on the forumhome, without user controlls, or do you want a rather advanced system managed from the admin cp?

Simple mp3 music on the background can be easily added, just look for some JS script or some script that does that, and add it to your forumhome template.
if you want it to be controlled from your admincp some options need to be added to the script
