I wanted it something like rapidshare, megaupload and many major file hosting out there. There is a hack in vbulletin.org but it doesn't work with multiple attachmen per thread/post and it doesn't look like it will be fix anytime soon. But I need one badly. Hope someone will help me out here.

If mod is enable:

When user click on attachment:

- it will pop up a mall windows (customize) which will display some message and a countdown timer.
- Once the timer is up the download start automactically or display a link (option to switch in admin cp)
- Once the download start or link click the window will close automatically (On/Off option)
- Limit download by IP, only one download at a time
