Alright folks, my longterm goal is to learn all this myself but I'm too excited to start this project and looking for help.

Soooo

I'm looking to hire someone who can:

1. Install vbulletin on my server
2. Modify the "paid membership" feature to link with the "polling feature". So, you can pay ANY membership amount you want, in $1 increments. But, however many dollars you've paid will be equal to how many "points" your vote is worth in the polls within the forum.
3. You will be able to "add" money/voting power to your membership at a later date should you choose.

These are the main requirements - seem like it would be simple for a knowledgeable vbhacker - but I'm interested in hearing feedback. I'll be happy to speak with anyone regarding this project but, I will select someone based on 3 main factors:

1. Cost: I need a low cost solution that may or may not include design.
2. Portfolio: Proven success with similar vbulletin hacks. Same w/ design.
3. References: I'll be trusting you, and reliability is paramount.
