I need a product that will allow users to create a poll that requires members to take a list of ten or so items and place them in the order of their preference. The pol would then average the results and create an ordered list by the results.

This would be kind of like espn.com does with their college football top twenty-five poll. The users get to pick there own top twenty-five that is then averaged with everyone elses to generate a "people's choice" top twenty-five list.

Sorry for the horrible explanation. If you know of something like this that already exists, please let me know ASAP! If you are able and willing to take on the task I would be very greatful.
