I have been looking for this far and near. I want the attached image to open in a popup window (no scroll bars, no resizeable) when clicking on the thumbnail instead of just a new window. I know how difficult it is to come up with something that will calculate the size of the image, but in my case all my images are the same size and are square, so that is not an issue. This site has it (http://www.bonsaitalk.com/)

Also, I want the thumbnails in my vBandvanced portal to link to the thread it came from (I have a different style, so it will only work in that specific section).

this modification (small javascript code) should be fine with your request, since size is fixed, just adjust the HEIGHT & WIDTH params to fit your needs.

about the vBandvanced portal code, i'm afraid i don't really know this addon's code. The best i could do is review related code fragements (if posted here by you) & might try to guide you on what to change or what to add.

Thanks Idan. I figured how to fix the thumbnails. But the popup issue is clear as mud. I had seen that thread but it did nothing to help me.
