Only Admin (and maybe Mods) can post HTML in threads?

I'd really love to be able to post HTML in threads but don't trust any other members to. Is there some way to enable only the Admin and maybe Mods to be able to post HTML in all threads?

Pretty sure that can be done with permissions. It was definately possible in vb2 so unlikely its changed.

No, unfortunately it can't be done with permissions.
