Ok maybe someone has mentioned this and maybe not. I'm looking for a hack that will show everyone else what members are participating and those that are not.

Idea's
1. User reputation goes down for each login and no replies
2. User rank changes to not participating member after 30 days of non participation
3. User account is auto deleted after 90 days of inactivity
4. Ip address is automatically blocked after account is deleted in #3


This may sound bad but I have several clubs and their seems to be dead beats in them all. For example every script or hack I have used like most I have clicked the install also I have a banner on my sites for every site that I have gotten help from any help etc. But it seems people login then read then leave this ****es me off like you I work hard to make our forum better and you think if you can join and read then you could reply. I know about the quick reply hack used for most gaming forums where you can set it to good game etc but this just won't due I need something that will automatically weed out the dead beats who come to steal idea's or use our bandwidth for their signatures, avatars, images, etc.

If nothing else a hack that changes their rank to "Non Participating Member" after so many repeat logins and no replies.
