Hi, i want to block those members to enter to a section, before having 20 (or any other it can be also 50 posts) posts in other sections. than only the member is able to see that forum (section)

Thanks plz reply does i need any Mod i need to change any template.

there are a few permission mods like this at vb.org,, have you looked there ?

All you need to do is add another usergroup and then add a usergroup promotion.
