Default navbar in menù module for vbadvanced ?

i use vbadvanced on my boad
in order to make it like a website i want to remove navbar
after a long search i didnt find something i like so i'm here :p

i need only the left side of navbar in a left side block

this one

here

sorry for my noob screens but i like to explain as well as possible :chinese:

edit:
i also mean i would like the forum/suboforum listed vertically

2nd edit :devious:
im working on my website so i would like to have a let side menù too
im looking for java or something with passing effect (i home google language tool isn't noob like me on english trasl ...)
so i think it will be a good idea to have all in the some module
(my second solution is to have a menù where i removed navbar but i dont know right now)

Ah, right. In that case, take a look at this guide. That should have all the info you need.
