I would move the part "users online" below the Navbar, on my forum.

As here : Forum P2PSIN Italia

How can i do this change?

go to the FORUMHOME template, back it up (hilight all/copy/paste to notepad or something, then find:

<!-- what's going on box -->

bla bla lots of code here....

<!-- end what's going on box -->

cut all that and paste it under $navbar in the same template, save, refresh board.

if it doesnt look right, use a <br /> or two or just cut and paste to a different place till it looks right for you or your theme/style
